The Φ200mm Manual Leveling Machine is a heavy-duty specialized machine designed specifically for the precise straightening of medium- and heavy-gauge steel plates. Featuring an extra-large-diameter work roll as its key highlight, It delivers high rigidity, high precision, and excellent cost-effectiveness for thick plate leveling, and is widely applicable to the plate straightening needs of various industries, including steel structure fabrication, heavy machinery manufacturing, and ship component production. It is the preferred solution for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking efficient, low-cost leveling of medium- and heavy-gauge plates.
The Φ200mm work roll is crafted from high-strength alloy steel, offering rigidity far surpassing that of conventional equipment with smaller roll diameters. It resists deformation during the leveling process, effortlessly eliminating various distortions in thick plates—such as waviness, camber, and twisting—while minimizing surface indentations. This achieves the dual benefits of “thorough leveling + undamaged surface,” making it specifically designed for heavy-duty plate processing applications.
Using Q235 steel as a benchmark, the leveling accuracy is consistently maintained at 0.1–0.15 mm/mm. This meets the stringent flatness requirements of industries such as steel structures, heavy machinery, and shipbuilding components, providing reliable assurance for subsequent welding, cutting, and assembly processes while preventing finished product quality issues caused by plate deformation.
Standard widths range from 200–2100 mm, accommodating plates of various specifications;
Optional 15- or 19-roll configurations allow for flexible adjustment of leveling force to suit plates of different thicknesses, materials, and degrees of deformation;
Minimum workpiece length of just 310 mm supports the leveling of short pieces and scrap material, improving material utilization and reducing production costs.
Steplessly adjustable line speed from 1–10 m/min accommodates different paces for trial leveling and batch production;
Manual worm gear fine-tuning mechanism + dial gauge dynamic indication ensures simple, intuitive operation requiring no complex training;
Stable structure with no redundant automation modules ensures low failure rates and easy maintenance. Initial investment costs are significantly lower than those of fully automatic heavy-duty leveling equipment, making it suitable for the budgets and production needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and individual workshops.
Supports full-process customized upgrades and can be integrated with accessories such as automatic loading/unloading robots, roller conveyors, and coil-to-sheet lines to form an integrated processing line. This enables efficient processing from coil to finished product, meeting enterprises’ future needs for capacity expansion and automation upgrades.
