  • Can it handle the high yield strength of wear-resistant steel (Hardox)?

    Yes. The Model 200 is rated for materials with thicknesses from 8.0mm to 30.0mm. It has the immense power required to break the yield point of wear-resistant steels and high-strength alloys. The 15 or 19 roll configuration ensures that even these tough materials are flattened effectively.
  • What is the shortest workpiece length it can handle given the large roll size?

    Due to the large 200mm roll diameter, the minimum workpiece length is 310mm. While this is longer than the smaller series, it is optimized for processing large structural components, steel beams, and heavy base plates where short-length processing is rarely a requirement.
