A leveling machine is industrial equipment designed to improve the flatness of metal sheets by removing waves, bends, and internal stress. It is widely used in modern sheet metal processing where high precision and stable quality are required.

During manufacturing, metal sheets may become deformed due to rolling, cutting, welding, or transportation. These uneven areas can affect later processes such as laser cutting, stamping, and assembly.

A leveling machine works through multiple leveling rollers arranged in an alternating pattern. When the sheet passes through the rollers, it experiences repeated bending in different directions. This process gradually releases internal stress and corrects deformation, resulting in a flatter and more stable material surface.

A typical leveling machine consists of feeding rollers, leveling rollers, drive systems, and control systems. Advanced models may use hydraulic systems and PLC control to automatically adjust leveling pressure according to material thickness and production requirements.

Leveling machines are commonly used in automotive parts, electrical cabinets, elevator panels, and metal fabrication industries. By improving sheet flatness, they help manufacturers achieve higher accuracy, reduce processing errors, and improve overall production efficiency.
