The 150-mm-roll-diameter hydraulic leveling machine is designed for extra-thick plates ranging from 6 to 50 mm. Its ultra-high-pressure hydraulic system delivers powerful leveling force, capable of processing materials such as high-strength wear-resistant plates, pressure vessel steel plates, and heavy-duty structural steel plates, effectively correcting bending, twisting, and waviness in extra-thick plates. The equipment features precision-engineered, extra-large-diameter leveling rolls paired with a reinforced support roll system, ensuring roll body rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet heavy-duty equipment standards. Hydraulic proportional control technology guarantees precise and adjustable leveling parameters, ensuring the flattened thick plates meet the dimensional accuracy requirements for welding and machining. The machine features a robust and stable structure, operating with minimal vibration and low noise, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation in heavy industry. It is equipped with comprehensive hydraulic protection and electrical safety systems, ensuring safe operation without hidden hazards. The equipment features a built-in dual-sensor monitoring system, integrated with a patented servo-hydraulic control system, enabling ±1 μm fine-tuning accuracy for the upper and lower rolls. This ensures post-leveling flatness of ±0.015 mm and reduces residual stress by over 85%.
With an ultra-large 150mm working roll diameter, the machine offers deflection resistance several times greater than that of conventional equipment with smaller rolls. When processing plates over 20mm thick or high-strength steel, it guarantees absolute uniformity in transverse flatness.
The unique “floating contact” technology concept, featuring a high-density roller arrangement and flexible support design, prevents roller marks or surface damage to the sheet while achieving high flatness, delivering true zero-damage leveling.

Preparation: Check that all equipment components are functioning properly, that the hydraulic system oil level is within the specified range, and that the lubrication system is operating normally. Set appropriate process parameters on the touchscreen based on the material, thickness, and degree of deformation of the plate.
Start the Equipment: Press the start button. The equipment will begin a self-check. Once the self-check is complete, the hydraulic system will activate, and the work rolls will adjust according to the set parameters.
Loading and Leveling: Place the sheet to be leveled on the conveyor belt at the feed end; the sheet will automatically enter the leveling zone. The equipment will level the sheet according to the set parameters, and the leveled sheet will be discharged via the conveyor belt at the discharge end.
Process Monitoring: During the leveling process, the operator can monitor the equipment’s operating status in real time via the touchscreen, including hydraulic system pressure, work roll position, and sheet leveling results.
Shutdown Procedure: Once the leveling operation is complete, press the stop button. The equipment will automatically perform subsequent shutdown procedures, including hydraulic system pressure relief and work roll reset.
